My name is Kath and I am an image expert for menopausal women. I am a fully qualified Style Coach™ and professional make up artist based in Bideford, in beautiful North Devon.

I have helped hundreds of ladies regain their confidence after being affected by various life changing circumstances. I especially love to help menopausal women feel confident and empowered again through skincare, make-up and style along with a community of health, fitness & wellness experts.

My vision is to bring women together to share their experiences of menopause and support each other through, what can be, a difficult time in their lives. I want to help women access a range of affordable services that make them feel valued, supported and connected where they may otherwise feel alone on their menopausal journey.

My aim is to work with real women and help them understand services like mine are in easy reach. I believe that everyone can look great and feel amazing, no matter who they are or what their budget is.
