Wedding Make Up
I specialise in natural wedding make up looks and love to help anyone of any age. I honestly believe that make up should enhance and not hide your features so I like to bring out your best features. it’s important too that your partner still recognises you on your wedding day, they do not want to be met with someone who looks completely different! Natural make up can also include strip lashes and individual lashes, we will discuss this at your trial.
* Please note, I do not apply lash extensions or offer lash lifts. I am happy to help brides who have had this though, it is not a problem.
At your trial we will discuss everything related to your day, including the colour scheme and if there is a theme or particular look you are after. We have an in depth chat about your skin type, if you have any allergies, and how much make up you like to wear in general. We will try different colours and formulas at your trial and make sure that we get everything exactly as you want it ahead of the big day. All make up is chosen to suit your skin type and colouring and is perfect for photographs.
On the day itself I come out to your venue and I will ensure your make up is flawless, I stay with you until the last minute so I am on hand for any last minute touch ups.
Wedding trials
I offer my brides one trial as part of my offering and it also includes a *Mii lipstick so that you have something to top your lips up with throughout the day.
Additional trials are available at £50 per trial should you want any more. They are also an optional extra for any member of your wedding party should anyone be feeling particularly anxious about having their make up done, a trial will most certainly put them at ease.
Bring along any images you have of make up ideas you have seen, the dress, the bridesmaid dresses, flowers etc. It also helps to start a pinterest board, this can also be shared with me.
Wear something to your trial that is similar in colour to your dress, it really helps you to visualise the final look on the day.
You should expect your trial to take approx 1.5 to 2 hours.
Prices:
Bridal make up £150 (includes one trial)
Bridesmaids (over 14) £60 (excludes trial) *under 14 discussed in advance
Mother of bride/groom £60 (excludes trial)
Trials are charged at £50 per person per trial, they take approx 1.5 to 2 hours and include a refreshment.
Travel fee may apply but will always be discussed in advance. There is no travel within a 20 mile radius of my home EX31 3EY
good to know
Your lips are a key part to gorgeous looking wedding make up so keep them exfoliated and moisturised with balm. Dry, cracked lips can really spoil the look!
Avoid unsightly tan lines by carefully choosing your tops when exposing yourself to the sun. Try not to wear any kind of ‘strappy’ top, think about this especially ahead of dog walks, or when exercising outdoors

Exfoliate skin regularly
Drink plenty of water
Get lots of sleep
Avoid facials too close to the wedding day
